HENRY OLIVIER BIO
Henry Olivier’s vocation was born when he was still a teenager, becoming the hairdresser for French punk rock bands. He subsequently learned historic hairdressing and wig-making techniques in opera studios and on film sets.
In 1998, he arrived on rue Montorgueil in Paris as right-hand man to a businessman in the hairdressing industry. However, he preferred to follow the artistic path and so created the position of head hairstylist for the European TV channel Arte. This gave him time to enter the fashion industry, assisting top international hairdressers and taking part in major fashion shows in New York, London, Milan, and Paris, earning him recognition from his mentors.
For over 15 years, he has been a renowned key hairstylist on international catwalks. He works with top designers, photographers, models, and magazines, creating looks for actresses and celebrities at prestigious events such as red carpets. He is highly sought after by sponsors and acts as an innovation consultant for major cosmetics brands.
Today, his skills know no bounds. He masters the most contemporary hairstyles, from cuts and colouring to braiding and wig-making. His uniqueness lies in his respect for the essence of personality and artistic direction, which he brings to the fore in his work.
