Born in Sicily, Francesco Ficara began working as an apprentice at a barber shop in Bonagia, in the province of Trapani.
At the age of 19, he moved to Milan, where he began his career as a hair stylist. After a few years, he began working for Italian television networks Rai and Mediaset.
With 25 years of experience in the field—fashion, services, events, backstage—he puts his experience and skills to work toward a purpose.
